Mr. Verveckken was extremely helpful in guiding me to a technician who helped me. Further, I counted on the shop for technical advice and help. I highly value my vinyl records, some of which are over 60 years old, which includes a recording of my high school band when I was a musician. Our upgraded home internet components are first rate and the installation was meticulous.  When we recently moved the Stereo Shoppe transferred and reinstalled everything without issue. Our project was off the grid and in the wilderness.   Raymond and his team  exceeded every expectation I could come up with.   Not only does my theater sound better than going to the movies,  ITS OUTSIDE!!!!   They are extremely professional and stayed within my budget.   I cannot recommend them enough.

Dropped in on a Friday "kicking the tires," contemplating replacement/upgrade of my 35-y.o. Vandersteen speakers which served me well but which were developing age-related problems.  Raymond invited me back for a private (store closed) extended audition of several speakers in my price range.  He set up some B&W's, some Paradigms, and some Dynaudios in preparation and also suggested I advance-email him a playlist of favorite music to use to compare, which he then had queued up to hi-res stream.  Kyndal was super nice to engage with my wife and chat about music (and non-music) while I auditioned.  Didn't buy that day, but did come back a couple weeks later and sprung for some sweet Sonus fabers.  They were delivered to the store six days later, and Raymond brought them to my home the following day to personally unbox them and set them up.  Big upgrade!  Loving to listen to all kinds of music again.  I am very pleased with both product and service and recommend The Stereo Shoppe to anyone looking for great music reproduction.

The latest project included a complete re-do and update of our home music and television products.  It took a bit of planning, which Raymond (the owner) helped us think through.  And the installation was remarkable.  Two very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional fellows took an entire day and got it all right, including clean up and carry away. This is our 7th home and Craig and his team are awesome, responsive and reliable. We came home to a fouled up system on a Saturday and he remotely got us back up and running. The best service, ever.
